CRM Website Features: Why 47% Still Hide Their Pricing

April 1, 2026 · 4 min read

We analyzed 27 CRM product websites. The finding that stood out most: 47% of CRM products don't show pricing publicly. In an era where buyers research independently before talking to sales, this is increasingly a competitive disadvantage.

The Pricing Transparency Gap

Compare CRM to other categories: 89% of project management tools show pricing. 80%+ of developer tools show pricing. CRM's opacity reflects its enterprise sales heritage — but the market is shifting. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Close all publish pricing, and they're growing fastest among mid-market buyers.

What CRM Sites Get Right

CRM websites excel at social proof — customer logos, case studies, and ROI testimonials appear on virtually every site. They also lead in integration ecosystem marketing, prominently displaying 100+ app connections. Where they lag: developer experience (only 34% have public API docs) and transparent pricing.
