Regional Patterns
Americas: Brazil and the US lead globally. Brazil's intense marketplace competition (Mercado Libre vs Amazon) drives feature adoption. Canada lags at 30 critical features despite proximity to the US market.
Europe: Western Europe (France, UK, Germany) clusters at 37-39 critical features. Poland matches France, showing strong digital adoption in Central Europe. GDPR compliance features (cookie banners, privacy centers) are universal across European markets.
Asia: India (41) outscores China (34) on web features. This reflects different market dynamics โ Indian e-commerce is web-first while Chinese consumers primarily use native apps.
Middle East: Saudi Arabia and UAE both score 26-29, with strong RTL design adoption and regional payment integration (Mada, Tamara).
